IKCOC-16

We are committed to creating an inclusive conference environment for participants traveling with children.

IKCOC16 will provide an on-site childcare service during the conference. Childcare will be available at the conference venue (Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto).
Advance reservation is required. Capacity is limited to 10 children and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Childcare Service Fees
A standard booking is four hours (half day). Any use exceeding four hours will be charged at the full-day rate.
Half day: JPY 6,000 (tax included)
Full day: JPY 10,000 (tax included)
